Guidelines for Abstract Submission: |

Abstracts to be based on one of the theme categories specified and should be “Camera Ready” for printing.
Length of Presentation: 15 Minutes (including question and answer)
Authors are requested to strictly adhere to the time limit.
The Abstract must contain objectives of investigation, methods used, results and conclusion.
The Abstract must not exceed 250 words and should be in ARIAL FONT.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right of accepting / rejecting any Paper / Poster / Workshop without assigning any reason thereof.

Eligibility: Medical Postgraduate students presenting papers need to submit a letter from the Head of the Department.
Deadline for Abstract Submission: July 31, 2009
Guidelines for Poster Presentation:
Size of the poster shall be 90 cms width x 120 cms height. All the presenters are requested to be present during the poster session, to discuss the points raised by the delegates visiting the papers.
The poster should include the following:
• Title - 44 Font
• Name of the Author (s) - 30 Font
• Name of the Institutions Postal Address - 26 Font
• Introduction, Material methods, results and discussion - 24 Font
• Drawing & Illustrations
Letter for the title should be 40 mm high and printed on top of the poster.
The text and the legends should be clearly readable from a distance of at least 2 meters (use large printer size). Keep the poster as simple as possible.
Review Acceptance and Notification
Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent via e-mail.
Members of the scientific committee will review all Abstract submissions.
Presenting authors will receive written notification of abstracts acceptance rejection by 31th August, 2009
All Abstracts will be published in Abstract Book and may be edited for publication.
Important Information
Congress registration and fees are required for all presenters of accepted submissions.
